Students should adapt fast to build an inclusive future, says B.V.R. Mohan Reddy

Cyient Limited executive chairman B.V.R. Mohan Reddy said the businesses forthwith would operate at the intersection of Industry 4.0, Globalisation 4.0 and Education 4.0 offering a plethora of opportunities for youth.

Graduating professionals and young leaders should respond suitably and adapt in time to build an inclusive future. These professionals should learn continuously, invest in innovation and build constructive collaboration with people, organisations and society to thrive in the complex global business environment, he said.

Mr. Mohan Reddy was participating in the graduation ceremony of the students of Indian School of Business here on Sunday.

In all, 222 executives graduated from the ISB taking the institution’s alumni network to around 9,700 spread across different parts of the globe.

Mr. Mohan Reddy shared the lessons that he learnt during his entrepreneurial journey of building a global, scalable and sustainable company in the country. ISB dean Rajendra Srivastava said the graduation ceremony marked the culmination of rigorous period filled with learning, networking and growth and it signified a step forward for the students.

The day commenced with the ceremonial procession led by the dean and awards were given to students who excelled in their academics as well as extra-curricular activities.

Awards were also presented to best professors of the year and academic associates in various categories.
