A 22-year-old man was seen brandishing a knife and threatening shopkeepers in northwest Delhi’s Welcome, the police said on Thursday. The incident took place on Tuesday, they said.
In a video that has surfaced online, he can be seen intimidating shopkeepers with a knife in an open market. Accused Salman is absconding, while his accomplice, Maroof, who was with him during the incident has been arrested. They were under the influence of alcohol, the police said. A case was filed and a manhunt is on.
