The Delhi High Court has pulled up the AAP government and the North Delhi Municipal Corporation for constructing a public urinal under a power transformer and putting the life of users under “extreme danger”.

A Residents’ Welfare Association (RWA) from Sultanpuri had sought directions to restrain the authorities concerned from constructing a public urinal under the power transformer in the locality.

“How can you do this? Don’t you have experts who can assist you?” asked a Bench of Acting Chief Justice Gita Mittal and Justice Anu Malhotra.
