After a stern warning from the Election Commission, Aam Aadmi Party convenor Arvind Kejriwal may face legal trouble for asking voters to accept money from other parties but to vote only for him

A case was filed on Thursday in a court here seeking action against AAP leader Arvind Kejriwal for allegedly exhorting voters in his election speeches to accept bribe if offered by the BJP and Congress but to vote for his party.

Arun Kumar, a practicing lawyer in Tis Hazari court, accused Mr. Kejriwal of deliberately abetting bribery by asking voters to take money from political parties.

Mr. Kumar claimed that the former Delhi Chief Minister was liable to be prosecuted under Sections 107 (abetment), 171 B (offering or accepting bribe) and 171 E (punishment for bribery) of the Indian Penal Code.
