25 new pop-ups at Grub Fest

Foodies in the Capital seem to have developed a huge appetite for food festivals.

Though there has been one festival organised almost every weekend over the past few months, people still turn up in droves. Organisers have responded to the competition by ensuring that every festival has something unique to offer.

The Grub Fest, a three-day event to be organised at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium this weekend, promises something special for seasoned food lovers — chefs sharing unique cooking techniques, food entrepreneurs revealing trade secrets at panel discussions and screenings of food-related movies and documentaries.

The evenings will see a line-up of live music performances by Bally Sagoo, Anish Sood, Guru Randhawa, Hari & Sukhmani, and Akhil Sachdeva.

Distinct ambiance

The organisers said the festival will also have over 25 new restaurants including Tippling Street, CJ’s Fresh, Bombay Brunch, Milkshake & Co, Indian Saffron Co, Wafflelicious, and Al Yousuf. Each of these restaurants will be a pop-up with distinct ambiance. The entry fee is ₹300.
