The seventh edition of The Hindu  Lit for Life took place on 14, 15 and 16 January. Eminent guests included authors Perumal Murugan, Kiran Doshi, Markus Zusak, Karan Mahajan, winner of MasterChef Season 6 Sarah Todd, for JNU student president Kanhaiya Kumar, lyricist Vairamuthu and many more.

This year, a children’s literary festival has also been introduced. It offers workshops for those aged between 5 and 12, a science laboratory, a Zumba session, storytelling and colouring, and a tea party.
