Join Gordon Ramsay in Hell’s Kitchen . Learn how to make sushi from Chef Nobu while sipping on Hokusetsu sake. Eat a designer steak and eggs breakfast with Wolfgang Puck.

Not yet impressed? How about a women’s power lunch with Chefs Susan Feniger, Christina Tosi and Saipin Chutima, featuring food cooked by a team of all-women chefs, curated wines from female winemakers, and top-shelf tequila from a women-operated distillery. Or a cake-decorating demo by Buddy ‘Cake Boss’ Valastro. Or a multi-course epicurean meal by celebrity chef Guy Savoy, served with some of the world’s great wines and champagnes.

Vegas Uncork’d, which turns 12 this year, is all set to light up the strip with A-lister chefs as well as culinary stars from the world of food and wine.

Discussing how this year will be different from previous editions in an email interview, Cathy Tull, Chief Marketing Officer for the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority, says they are presenting a variety of unique programming this year. “Food and wine enthusiasts will have a chance to experience Gordon Ramsay’s Hell’s Kitchen at Caesars Palace, the chef’s newest restaurant inspired by the popular TV Show. The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas is putting a twist on a traditional seafood boil with a poolside clambake as the sun goes down. Blacktap at The Venetian has created a ‘Burgers and Beats’ experience, where guests can indulge in the restaurant’s signature creations to the sounds of a live DJ...”

She says Las Vegas continues to emerge as one of the world’s greatest gastronomy destinations, adding “we see more and more globally-renowned restaurateurs investing here. The evolution of the culinary scene played a significant part in bringing in more than 42 million visitors to Las Vegas last year”.

Stating that this is their 12th year of hosting Vegas Uncork’d, Andrew Knowlton, Editor at Large for Bon Appetit , the organiser of Vegas Uncork’d, says “that longevity is a testament to the dynamic and always involving Las Vegas restaurant scene. It’s truly one of the most unique places on the planet for a night out...” He adds, “At Uncork’d, we celebrate that energy and run with it.”

The event, running from May 10 to 13, will take place at multiple venues in Las Vegas, including Caesars Palace, The Cromwell and The Venetian.
