006 Ferrari P4/5 by Pininfarina

How rare: 1 unit

At the behest of movie-man James Glickenhaus, known for his collection of Italian metal stallions, Pininfarina’s design studio was commissioned with a rather interesting task. James handed them an Enzo and asked them to mould it into the nostalgic grace of the Ferraris of the 60s. Over 200 components were exclusively developed to build a balance between the car’s retro influence and modern abilities. A carbon body, butterfly-wing doors and sleek lines were part of the ensemble.

1998 Nissan R390

How rare: 2 units

If you heard about a 3.5-litre V8-powered Nissan, way back in 1998, it would be nothingshort of an exaggeration. However, the company fashioned an extremely rare super car that was expected to fetch a million bucks.

Those who’ve indulged in playing Forza on PlayStation could virtually experience the surge of this beast, but to watch it in person wouldn’t be that easy. It’s usually on show at Nissan’s Japan HQ since it wasn’t fortunate enough to find a buyer.

2004 Chrysler ME412

How rare: 2 units

Back when Chrysler was still a part of Daimler-Benz, the ME412 showed up in its uniquely shaped body with a mid-mounted AMG V12 and four turbos! Over fourteen years ago, we had a car that could zip from 0-60mph in under three seconds.

The car never hit the production lines and conceded to its fate of being a concept car. Come to think of it, witnessing a Chrysler leave a Mercedes SLR McLaren in the dust would have been a juice prospect.

McLaren F1 LM

How rare: 5 units

While anything that says McLaren F1 doesn’t need an introduction, it’s the F1 LM that is the real deal. Gordon Murray specifically built just five LMs because he, like all of McLaren, wasn’t quite sure of the appetite that people would have to buy something of this calibre.

This was a tribute to the five GTRs that finished 24 hours of Le Mans. Three of the five were ordered by the Sultan of Brunei

2014 Pagani Zonda Revolucion

How rare: 5 units

Considered by some to be the best Zonda supercar, the 2014 Revolucion came dressed in carbon fibre, to be owned by a select few. Powered by a V12 engine, it could reach 0-60mph in just 2.6 seconds.

Only five of these were made, while it did expose itself to the masses at the Geneva Motor Show. Some would describe it as a more ambitious Zonda R, with its capability to pump out an astounding 800 horsepower.

2013 Lamborghini Veneno

How rare: 5 units

Set to cost over four million dollars, this 50th-anniversary commemorative model from the house of Lamborghini drove 750horsepower through a V12 engine. Only three of the five units created were sold. Back in 2017, a buyer put the Veneno Roadster up for sale at a whopping 9.5 million!

It was indeed built to be as capable as a limited-edition Lamborghini could be, with a top speed of 220 mph and acceleration from still to 60 mph in just 2.8 seconds.
