Green tea baked yogurt with granola bar

Ingredients for baked

yogurt

Fresh cream: 1 cup

Condensed milk: 1 cup

Set yogurt: 1 cup

Green tea: 1 tablespoon

For Granola

Honey: quarter cup

Sugar: 2 tablespoons

Butter: 2 tablespoons

Sesame seeds: half cup

Pumpkin seeds: quarter cup

Oats: quarter cup

Cashewnuts: quarter cup

Method

Mix fresh cream, condensed milk and yogurt in a bowl. Boil green tea with three teaspoons of water. Strain the water and mix it with yogurt mixture. Preheat the oven at 160°C. Pour the mixture in a serving bowl and bake using a double bowling method. For granola, boil butter, sugar and honey and mix all the dry ingredients in it. Sheet it and bake at 180°C for eight to 10 minutes. For presentation, crumble the granola bar and spread it on top of the yogurt and serve.
