Manohar Parrikar cremated with full state honours

Goa Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar was cremated with full state honours on March 18 evening. The four-time Chief Minister and former Defence Minister died aged 63 at his private residence on Sunday after fighting pancreatic cancer for over a year.

Utrecht tram shooting: One dead in possible terror attack

A gunman opened fire on a tram in the Dutch city of Utrecht on Monday, killing at least one person and wounding several in what officials said was a possible terrorist incident. Police said the attacker was still on the run after the incident. Utrecht, the Netherlands' fourth largest city, is known for its large student population.
