The rich and royal cuisine of Benaras will be showcased at the ‘Benarasi Muslim Gharana Thali Pop-Up’ organised at the Taj Falaknuma Palace. The pop-up that ends on October 5 promises to give diners a unique gastronomic experience curated by Chef Maqbool Subhani and his team from Taj Ganges, Varanasi . The team will present authentic Benarasi Muslim thalis with an array of traditional flavours and regal aromas. Look forward to Tamatar ki chat or the savoury Dal dhuaan, Kale chane ki katli, Kesari phirni and Imarti with rabdi. Also on the cards is the traditional chandan ka sherbet for a drink.
