With a liberal dose of chicken, vegetables, masalas and sauces, the dish is a combo of Chinese and South Indian cuisines. Chopped onions, capsicum, carrots and peas along with Schezwan sauce (made of garlic and ginger) are stuffed into crispy parottas. The dish is served with chicken mangoli. Chunks of chicken are marinated in a range of Chinese sauces and sautéd with finely chopped onions, French beans, carrot and capsicum. Spicy south Indian masalas are added and seasoned in oil.

Price: 110

BOTTOM LINE: Scrumptious pick!
