Ingredients:
Paneer: 100 gm
Roti: Two
Onion, tomato, capsicum: One each
Mint chutney and garam masala: One Tsp each
Jeera powder and chaat masala: Two Pinch each
Mint and coriander leaves: Few
Green chilli: Two
Method:
Heat oil in a pan and add the vegetables and chopped green chillies to it. After sautéing it for a few minutes, add the paneer, chaat masala, garam masala, jeera powder, chopped mint and coriander leaves and salt to taste. Spread out the roti and smear a dollop of mint chutney on it, before adding the sautéed masala. Roll onto silver foil and cut it into pieces before serving with tomato ketchup.
