Made with ingredients that are healthy and almost always available, this snack can be plated within minutes.

Cooking Instructions:

Mash the bananas and mix with the wheat, ragi, grated coconut, cardamom and jaggery. After making medium sized patty out of the dough roast them on both sides with ghee on a tawa. Garnish with grated and coloured coconut. Serve hot.

What you need:

Wheat : two cups

Ragi : two cups

Banana: 2 nos

Grated coconut: one cup

Cardamom : 5 nos

Jaggery : 500gm

Ghee: 100gm
