I was excited about the Jawaharlal Nehru Regional Level Science Exhibition which was held at Kendriya Vidyalaya SVP NPA, Shivarampally this year for two days. I had to represent my exhibit at the school level first. My friends and I were selected to represent our school at the regional level.

We had to travel a long distance to reach there. Many students from all over Hyderabad had come to participate and I mingled with many of them. Not only did I make new friends that day, I also gained a lot of practical knowledge. Students showed their models to the judges and some of them struggled to present their ideas.

My project was about how we can reduce noise pollution using mufflers. There were two rounds and I got to present our idea. The judges liked it but I was not selected for the next level. It was a wonderful experience. After the announcement of prizes, I said goodbye to my new friends and decided to train my juniors for next year’s exhibition. Maybe next time our school will get a prize.
