Here’s an eggless choco cake, just for you. It is quick and easy!
Eggless chocolate mug cake
Ingredients
> Flour – 3 tbsp
> Cocoa powder – 1 and a half tbsp
> Sugar –3 tbsp
> Baking powder – 2 tsp
> Salt – a pinch
> Cooking oil – 3 tbsp
> Milk – 3 tbsp
> Vanilla essence or any fruit essence of your choice – 1 tsp
Method
Add flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder and salt in a mug (microwave proof) and mix it well.
Add the oil, milk and vanilla essence and mix well.
Keep the mug in the microwave for 40-70 seconds. Check in between after 40 seconds.
Serve hot with vanilla ice cream.
