The 150-member strong Sri Thennaacharya Sri Vaishnava Sripadam Thangikal Kainkarya Sabha, plays a vital role in the daily activities of the temple. The members dedicate the remuneration allotted for this kainkaryam for various activities such as maintenance of Vahanams and offering jewels.

The trust undertook renovation of the Nammazhwar Sannidhi Vagana Mandapam, flooring, electric work and the painting of all grills in the temple premises. The Trust has laid new black granite slabs at the Maha Mantapam at a cost of Rs. 4 lakhs, says the Trust chief Lakshmi Narasimhan . The Udayavar Kainkarya Sabai and the Manavala Maamunigal Kainkarya Sabai too have helped out in the renovation and restoration.
