Dinosaurs returned to screens in Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom , the fifth instalment in the sci-fi movie franchise which began 25 years ago, on June 7 in markets like India where it earned ₹45.50 crore net at the box office in six days. Hollywood franchises have been doing remarkably well in the Indian market, especially the Marvel enterprise. Till June 1, Avengers: Infinity Wars had made ₹225.72 crore net, according to Box Office India figures.
Another top Hollywood grosser was The Jungle Book with over ₹180 crore.
