Avtar Group, along with Working Mother, is inviting nominations from companies for the fourth edition of the annual survey ‘Best Companies for Women in India’ (BCWI).

Besides the existing format, this year, through its Most Inclusive Companies in India (MICI) index, the study would showcase workplace policies and programmes that addressed various strands of inclusion, said a release.

MICI is inspired from the Inclusion Index of Working Mother in the United States.

“It will focus on various strands of diversity such as People with Disabilities, LGBTQ, Generations and Culture, with a specific focus on language,” said Saundarya Rajesh, founder-president Avtar Group, in a press release.

The Best Companies for Women in India study was launched in 2016. According to a release, the study lists and showcases 100 best companies for women in India, with the spotlight on the Top 10. In the previous three editions of the study, on an average, there were over 350 participating companies every year.

A company that has operations in India and employs a minimum of 500 people (men, women and third gender included), can register. For details, visit www.avtarinc.com/bcwi.html
