Accountancy and business advisory firm Baker Tilly International has partnered with Desai Haribhakti (DHC) to set up a global centre of excellence (GCE) in India to provide skills and employment to thousands of young professionals.
The alliance will employ chartered accountants, management graduates, IT professionals and others to create a talent pool of at least 5,000 professionals for global jobs. The centre will have offices in major cities to create job opportunities for locals. As part of the arrangement, DHC, starting this month, will join the network of Baker Tilly International, representing 2,750 partners of member firms in 137 countries. DHC has been given the task to set up the exclusive GCE for Baker Tilly member firms in India.
