Harper calls for overhaul of DRS

Former cricket umpire Daryl Harper has called for players to be eliminated from the Decision Review System, and be replaced by a full-time, third television arbitrator. According to The Daily Telegraph, Harper thought that the change was necessary to fix a discredited process that was ruining the game, after there were some questionable decisions taken during the first Ashes Test at Trent Bridge.
