Icy comfort Pineapple juice

Two thirds of our body consists of water. During this sizzling hot summer, the body is going to lose more water in the form of sweat.

In order to maintain this water balance, we have to drink more water. If that gets a bit too monotonous, one can even have some nourishing beverages.

Generally beverages can be classified into three types: Refreshing, such as fruit juices, vegetable juices and carbonated drinks.

Nourishing, such as eggnog, milk shakes and hot cocoa. And stimulating, such as tea and coffee.

Try this refreshing drink for breakfast or between meals.
