The stand-alone graphic, “Poison Prose” (April 24) was timely. Perhaps this is the first general election where almost all the political parties are deeply involved in mudslinging and raking up communal issues. Issues of development, like good roads, uninterrupted electricity supply, clean drinking water, sanitation, abundant jobs, high farm growth, and curbing of corruption find no mention. It was surprising to find that the Aam Aadmi Party did not find a place in the graphic. Some of its members have also made inflammatory speeches.
