The future of our children

The author has poignantly captured the plight of children in war-torn countries, but the situation in India isn’t very heartening either (“Caught in the crossfire”, April 27). We continue to see child marriages, child labour, trafficking and sexual abuse here. It is high time world leaders sat together and chalked out better policies and implemented them to safeguard the future of children and the world.
