Burglar held; stolen property recovered

The police have arrested an inter-district burglar and recovered 12 stolen motorcycles, more than six tolas of gold worth Rs. 2.17 lakh from him.

Additional Superintendent of Police (Administration) Annapurna told the media on Tuesday that the Kataram police nabbed Jinka Nagaraju (24) of Bhupalapalli in Warangal district during vehicle-checking. On interrogation, he disclosed details about the burglaries and vehicle thefts.

CCS Inspector Mahesh and his team went to Bhupalapalli and recovered 11 motorcycles and other stolen property. The ASP appreciated the Kataram Circle Inspector Sadan Kumar and CCS Inspector Mahesh and their team for nabbing the accused and recovering the stolen property.
