Special camp for digital life certificate for pensioners

Special camps would be held in the district for registering biometric details for obtaining digital life certificate for pensioners and ex-servicemen in July and August.

Called as Jeevan Pramaan, the biometric enable digital service for pensioners of Central and State government can register online in the portal and get a digital life certificate. Pensioners and ex-servicemen and those drawing family pension have to get Aadhaar based biometric verification to enable them give their annual life certificate without having to physically go to the pension disbursing bank or agency. The beneficiaries are required to register themselves at the camp with identity card, PPO details, Aadhaar Number, Bank pass book and mobile numbers. The camps would be held from July 28 to 30 at Tahsildar office in Kolli Hills Taluk, from August 3 to 7 in Rasipuram Taluk, from August 17 to 21 in Tiruchengode Taluk and on all working days at the Office of Ex-Servicemen Welfare Office at Namakkal, Sendamangalam and Paramathi Velur Taluk.
