Science practical exam was conducted at 201 centres in Erode and Gobichettipalayam educational districts. A total of 25,756 plus-two students attended the practical exam on Monday. In its pursuit of top ranking in overall pass, the School Education Department, sources said, had prepared students to fare well in the practicals, since it would boost up their overall score. The practical exams culminate on February 20 after which there will be a gap of 12 days for the students to prepare for the written exam slated for March 4.
