Three bodies found after boat tragedy in Damodar River

Bodies of three members of the same family were fished out on Saturday and search is on for the fourth person who went missing after a boat tragedy in Damodar River here.

District Magistrate Ghulam Ali Ansari said the three men whose bodies were found were in the age group of 19 to 39 years.

The boat disaster took place when a group of 12 people were on their way to a village in neighbouring Jharkhand from Raghunathpur block last night. Police said eight of them had swam ashore.
