Dineshwar Sharma, the Centre’s special representative for dialogue on Kashmir, will begin his five-day visit to the State from November 6 to hold talks with various stakehol-ders, an official said.

Mr. Sharma will spend three days in the Valley. Later, he will speak to Governor N.N. Vohra, Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti and other delegations in Jammu.
