The prosecution on Tuesday moved an application to examine three more witnesses in the 2002 hit-and-run case against actor Salman Khan — the magistrate of a lower court, a constable and an RTO officer.

The Magistrate of the Bandra court had recorded the statements of the victims and the constable who had accompanied the actor at the time of the accident.

The prosecution also wants to examine the chief of Andheri RTO to know if Salman Khan had a driving licence. The third witness is the police constable who took Salman’s blood samples from the police station to a lab.
