Rajasthan police recover huge cache of arms

Police have reportedly recovered a huge cache of illegal arms and ammunition from near Indo—Pak border in Barmer district in Rajasthan.

The cache containing nine kg RDX, 4 timer device, four pistols, over 500 round cartridges was recovered from Bhabhuton Ki Dhani area late last night, local media reported on Sunday.

Senior officials were not available for the comment when contacted.

However, State Home Secretary S N Thanvi told PTI details would emerge on Monday since the operation was still on.
