The Madhya Pradesh unit of the BJP has filed a complaint against Congress President in Habibganj police station here on Friday. The complaint by the BJP's office secretary Vijendrasingh Sisodia claims that a graphic of former PM Atal Behari Vajpayee with the text: "Mr. Modi did not abide by rajdharma (ruler's duty)" on the Congress website, is false, defamatory and inflammatory.

The graphic refers to a >press conference by Mr. Vajpayee on April 4, 2002, in Ahmedabad to announce a rehabilitation package for riot victims.

When asked for his advice to Mr. Modi, Vajpayee had then said, "My only message to the CM is to abide by Rajdharma... A ruler cannot discriminate between subjects on the basis of religion, caste or community. I trust that Narendra bhai is doing just this."
