Nine killed, 30 injured in road accident in Jharkhand

At least nine passengers were killed and over 30 others injured when a bus overturned near Koriadih village in Pakur district on Monday.

The mishap took place when the driver of the bus lost control over the vehicle on Pakur-Dumka road and it rolled down killing five passengers on the spot, police said.

Four others succumbed to injuries at a public health centre, they said.

The injured have been admitted to hospitals.
