Goa tourism to tie-up with ‘Finding Fenny’ producers

The State-owned Goa Tourism Development Corporation Limited (GTDC) is all geared to tie-up with producers of a Deepika-Ranveer romance film “Finding Fenny”, to promote brand Goa campaign for tourism in the upcoming season.

The film directed by Homi Adjania is a satirical thriller in English-Konkani, is shot predominantly in Goa. The story is about five Goans who hit the road for a missing girl (Deepika Padukone) Fenny Fernandes.

Managing Director of GTDC Nikhil Desai disclosed that this is the second movie after ‘Dil Chahata Hai’ which brought GTDC a grand success in promoting its tourism brand particularly in domestic market.

‘Finding Fenny” has been shot in several famous Goan locations like Assagao, Deevar Island, Three Kings Church, Rai, Siolim bridge, etc.

“We have a press conference scheduled in Mumbai with the stars of the film on Wednesday to announce this joint campaign,” Mr. Desai told The Hindu on Monday.
