Congress wants BHU Vice-Chancellor sacked

The Congress on Monday demanded the immediate sacking of the BHU Vice-Chancellor and a judicial probe by a sitting High Court judge into the lathi-charge on students. Rather than empathising with the students who were seeking a safer campus, the BHU “colluded in the most barbaric lathi-charge” against them, Congress spokesperson Manish Tewari said.
