On Monday, the Gaya police filed a charge sheet against Rocky Yadav alias Rakesh Ranjan Yadav, his father Bindi Yadav, mother Manorama Devi’s bodyguard Rajesh Kumar and cousin Teni Yadav in connection with the murder of the teenager, Aditya Sachdeva.
While Rocky Yadav, Teni Yadav and Rajesh Kumar were charge sheeted under Sections 302 and 120B, Bindi Yadav was charge sheeted for helping Rocky escape.
Following the arrests of her son and her husband and the seizure of liquor bottles, Manorama Devi had gone into hiding for a couple of days before surrendering before the court on May 17. She has been suspended by her party.
