: Chief Minister Nitish Kumar asked top State officials on Monday to conduct an inquiry into the alleged leak of the Bihar Staff Selection Commission (BSSC) examination paper. A Special Investigation Team has been formed for the purpose.

His action came even as the Secretary of the BSSC maintained that there had been a leak of the question paper for an examination conducted on Sunday.

Meanwhile, violence broke out as examinees under the banner of the All India Students Federation staged demonstrations at the gates of the BSSC in Patna demanding re-examination and thrashed Secretary Parmeshwar Ram as he was entering the office.
