The city police have registered an FIR against Sri Rama Sene chief Pramod Muthalik for his inflammatory remarks during a protest in the city on Sunday against the Iftar programme organised by Pejawar Mutt seer in Udupi.

Mr. Muthalik and associates protested at the Maurya Circle and warned of a ‘bloodbath’ if any Iftar programme is allowed in temples in future.
