The former legislator and senior leader of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) B.B. Shivappa has appealed to party leader K.S. Eshwarappa not to create confusion among party workers by holding separate meetings.

Written statement

In a written statement, issued here on Saturday, Mr. Shivappa said, the differences, if any, should be settled within the party forum.

“As a senior leader of the party, I request Mr. Eshwarappa to stop holding these separate meetings. I also request him not to issue statements that disturb party workers. He should stop such activities in the interests of the party,” he said.
