CBI quizzes Michel’s aide

The CBI on Tuesday questioned AgustaWestland middleman Christian Michel’s associate R.K. Nanda and three others. “At the instance of Mr. Michel, Mr. Nanda had set up a company named Media Exim Private Ltd in 2005. The shell company received about Rs.6.5 crore from the middleman’s Global Services FZE between 2005 and 2007 in the form of advances for export of music CDs and jewellery,” said a CBI official. J.B. Subramaniam, one of Michel’s contacts, was a director of the company.
