Three ways of linking

Self-seeding: Log on to the URLhttp://164.100.132.184/epicand click on red coloured “Click Here to Proceed” option and enter IDs of EPIC and Aadhar along with mobile number and then click on “generate password”. Enter the password sent through mobile and click. Thus the process of linking Aadhar with the voter ID card is completed.

SMS method: Voter has to SMS his or her voter card and Aadhar numbers to 08970499899. The message has to be sent like this: SEED EPIC (space) (EPIC number) (space) (Aadhar number). Then the seeding process will be completed automatically.

Help Desk method: Call 1950 (located in Hyderabad) or 180042500001 (for the district) and give the ID numbers of the voter card and Aadhar card to the call centre personnel who will link the two through online portal.
