Chairman Emeritus of Tata Sons Ratan Tata and Chairman of Tata Motors N. Chandrasekharan on Monday offered prayers at the hill temple of Lord Venkateswara.
After an overnight stay at the Padmavati Guest House Mr. Tata had the darshan of the deity during the VIP break. The TTD authorities accorded him a warm reception at the entrance of the temple and escorted him into the sanctum sanctorum.
Talking to media outside the temple complex, Mr. Tata said he felt proud for being associated with the TTD in the construction of a cancer hospital at Tirupati. TDP MP from Vijayawada Kesineni Nani accompanied him to the temple.
