Thirty three suspected Bangladeshi nationals were detained from the Howrah-Yeshwantpur Express at Renigunta railway junction in the wee hours of Monday. A BSF jawan, on his way home, found their accent suspicious and alerted the police.

When the train halted at Renigunta, a team led by DSP (Renigunta) B.Srinivasulu and Railway CI T.Madhu picked them up for interrogation, after finding them not possessing valid documents.

The group, which includes 10 women and 12 children, was travelling to Bangalore. Six male members of the group, were already working as construction workers at a site in Bangalore.
