Turkish authorities unblocked YouTube on Monday after the video-sharing platform was banned for more than two months.
The move follows a ruling last week by the Constitutional Court, which said the ban, in place since before the local elections in March, violated basic rights.
Twitter was briefly banned before the elections, but access was restored in April following a court ruling.
