KOZHIKODE: The Cooperative Bank Employees’ Federation celebrated the centenary of the Kozhikode District Cooperative (KDC) Bank with various programmes on Monday. Bank Employees’ Federation of India (BEFI) State president T. Narendran opened the event. Speakers at the meet called for better initiatives by the Centre to protect the cooperative sector that had achieved promising growth through investments from ordinary customers. BEFI district president K.P. Ajayakumar chaired the event.
