Walkathon on February 3

To check incidents of crimes against women, Urban Voice, a group of professionals working in the areas of marketing and communication, has organised a 4-km walkathon.

The event, titled We Pledge to Create a Safer Community for Women, will commence at 6.30 a.m. from Kanteerava stadium on February 3.

Speaking to journalists earlier this week, Leela Kavithal of Urban Voice said the objective was to fight crime against women.

Rajanish A.R., another members said around 5,000 people were expected to participate.
