Two persons, who were accused of fraud in connection with the recruitment process of Karnataka Public Service Commission (KPSC), were arrested by the Criminal Investigation Department (CID). The two were produced in front of a special court here on Sunday.

The accused have been identified as Someshwar, from the Bangalore Water Supply and Sewerage Board (BWSSB), and Sudhir, a Bangalore Development Authority (BDA) official, who allegedly acted as middlemen in the recruitment process. The duo were picked up from Ahmednagar in Maharashtra on Thursday following which they were arrested and were place under police custody for two days.
