SSLC: THiS schools bag excellent results

Institutions that are part of The Hindu in School (THiS) programme achieved excellent results in this year’s Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) examinations. School authorities attributed this success to the hard work put in by students and teachers.

In Sri Vidya Mandir High School, Malleswaram, 115 students secured distinctions while 69 passed in first class. Nihal V. Palankar and Shanth Kumar R. emerged toppers with a score of 619. Aditya Hallamala, Adithi Shetty and Avyukh Krishna stood second with 617 marks.

In MES Kishore Kendra, Malleswaram, 27 of 161 students scored above 600 marks. Meghana B. Patil topped with 623 marks. Meghana M., with 620 marks, stood second.

In Prasiddhi School, Vasanthnagar, 10 students scored above 90 per cent. Dwarakanath, with 619 marks, is the school topper. Ritika Siyal (617 marks) stood second.

For the 13th consecutive year, Amara Jyothi English School at K.R. Puram, achieved 100 per cent pass results. In all, 39 of 98 students secured distinctions. S. Shwetha topped with a score of 621.

At Vasavi Vidyanikethan High School in V.V. Puram, 16 students secured distinctions while 27 passed in first class. Krupa K., with 608 marks, is the school topper. In Vasavi Vidyanikethan Girls’ High School, four students secured distinctions. Nimishamba M., with 621 marks, is the school topper.
