Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee president G. Parameshwara said here on Saturday that the party unit would submit a comprehensive report on rejuvenating the Congress in the State to party national vice-president Rahul Gandhi by February 15.

Consultations would be held with the elected representatives from the party and office-bearers, in line with Mr. Gandhi’s instructions. Dr. Parameshwara told presspersons that a three-day session would be held from January 30 to elicit opinions from Ministers, MPs, MLAs and MLCs by forming a 20-member group of each.

Similarly, district-level, booth-level committee office-bearers’ meetings would be held in districts, again involving the legislators of the areas, Dr. Parameshwara said. Senior party leader B.L. Shankar was present.
