Newly-constructed Indira Canteens will be on Chief Minister Siddaramaiah’s itinerary as he embarks on his ‘Nagara Pradakshine’ (city rounds) on Saturday. The move gains significance as only a few months are left for the Assembly elections.

The CM will inspect the TenderSURE work on Church Street. He is expected to visit Indira Canteens on HAL Airport Road, Viveknagar and Kanakapalya.

Hosur Road, Bannerghatta Road and Marenahalli are among the other areas in his itinerary.

During his last inspection in October 2016, he had visited the alternate road to Kempegowda International Airport.

In July this year, the CM had announced that his office would henceforth monitor the progress of all infrastructure projects against milestones on a monthly basis through a dashboard.
